Cooking Class 

4 hours – From 2 up to 20 people

Immerse yourselves in a truly Greek flavourful experience and share the joy of cooking and eating delicious meals together with the team of My Guru Chef. Come for a cooking class at our beautiful premises, submerged in a little gem village, in the mountains of Lefkada, or let visit you at your ideal location.

From the moment we start, our team will take care of you and make sure you have a fun and unforgettable experience.

We will prepare together three or four meals (two starters, one main course, and one dessert), and the guru chef will give you instructions and various cooking tips.

We will learn – amongst others – how to prepare fillo and traditional Greek pies, how to make the best Greek tzatziki, how to roll the famous dolmadakia following our grandma’s recipe, and how to cook delicious traditional meat or fish meals*.

Enjoy the food in our beautiful garden, together with some of the best local wines.

We are happy to cater to your dietary needs, so please contact us in advance to design the best experience for you!

Cooking classes last for approximately 4 hours, for a minimum of 2 people.

*meat or fish meals are included in the dinner.

11:00 – 11:15WelcomeWelcome and get to know the space
11:15 – 11:30DowPreparing the dow
11:30 – 12:15DolmadakiaWhile the dow is resting, complete the dolmadakia, and put them for cooking
12:15 – 13:00Filling + Fillo + pitaWhile the dolmadakia are cooking, prepare the filling (spinach or other greens). Once done, start working the dow to make fillo. Let some students experiment with making some fillo, while you are putting the pita together. At 12:45 check the dolmadakia if they are ready.When finished the pita, put it in the oven and take the dolmadakia out of the fire.
13:00- 14:30TzatzikiLet the dolmadakia cool down, and prepare the tzatziki. Let the students grate and dry the cucumber, and do the final mixing.
14:30 -14:45Prepare the tableEveryone helps by making the table. You could eat at the deck to be surrounded by trees.
14:45- 14:30EatingEnjoy altogether the food you cooked
